APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 14-256
Description
The student listed in Expulsion Case No. 14-256, was adjudicated delinquent of a felony, thereby violating School Board Policy 5.34. It is the recommendation of the Superintendent, that the student be expelled from the Sarasota County Schools until June 1, 2015.
Recommendation
That in accordance with provisions of Sections 232.26(2) Florida Statutes, Florida State Board of Education Rule 6A-1.0956, and School Board Policy 5.34, and the holding of a hearing having been waived by the student/parent, the recommendation as specified in Expulsion Case No. 14-256, to expel the student referenced therein from the Sarasota County Schools, be approved effective immediately for the entire 2013-14 and 2014-2015 academic year.
